Metro Project Services (MPS) are an Australian based and Operated Company, formed from a team of industry accredited professionals looking to provide the Infrastructure & Construction Sector with an alternative to project support and delivery of packaged works.
Our Aim is simply to create a reputation for providing quality support, reliability, and trust amongst the projects we work on and for the people we deliver for.
The team at MPS has a multitude of backgrounds and experience gained from having worked Across Australia, New Zealand, and International markets operating within a number of key roles within Leading Tier 1 organisations - which is why we are able to offer our clients the highest standards of project delivery.
The range of experience within the team is what allows MPS to understand your key drivers with a focus on ensuring your project outcomes are achieved, not only within time and budget but also ensuring best practice approach to safety, environment, and quality. Our experience in rail allows us to deliver a comprehensive range of services to the industry. Our services range from all aspects of site delivery through to occupation planning and readiness. our installation services covers general maintenance, CSR (including cable pulling) through to Structure and PWay installations.
Project Management

Contract Lifecycle Management
Our team of experienced commercial staff are able to Provide full Support at all levels of your project throughout its lifecycle. From providing basic Contract Admin support, through to more complex matters associated with the Main Contract, focusing on protecting your entitlement.
Land Developer Services
We offer both Brown and Greenfield engineering solutions to support your development and increase its value, whether it be introducing new services to a small subdivision through to more complex infrastructure challenges that come with creating a new High Density Hub
Civil Engineering
Our fundamental aim to support you! Whether it’s finding an innovative approach to meeting the challenges associated with existing infrastructure or providing new solutions to solving complex issues.
