Metro Project Services is a Melbourne-based civil infrastructure contractor delivering sewer, stormwater, structures and rail works for Australia's largest builders.
Metro Project Services was founded in 2019 by two directors who had spent their careers on major infrastructure — Andrew Savva and Steve Carey. Between them they bring more than 40 years of construction and engineering experience across rail, water and civil projects.
The company was set up around a simple observation: Tier 1 builders don't want another subcontractor to manage — they want a partner who can take a package of complex civil work, engineer it properly and deliver it without supervision. That is what we do.
Since then we have delivered sewer relocations and upgrades, stormwater works, deep shafts and rail viaduct construction for CPB, Lendlease, UGL, Acciona, Laing O'Rourke and Metro Trains Melbourne — most of it repeat work for clients who came back.
We are still directly involved in every project we take on. If you engage us, you deal with the people who own the business.
Nothing gets built at the expense of the people building it. Every crew, every shift, every day.
Chartered engineers lead the work. Decisions are calculated, documented and defensible.
If a program or a design has a problem, our clients hear it from us first — early, with options.
One accountable team from survey to as-builts. No handoffs, no gaps, no excuses.
We work as a specialist civil subcontractor to national builders and asset owners, on projects where the engineering has to be right the first time.
Our management systems and our engineers are independently certified. Documentation is available on request for tender submissions.
Send us the scope. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right contractor for it.
