Who you deal with
Andrew Savva
Andrew leads project delivery — tendering, programming and the client interface across all live projects. His background spans major sewer, stormwater and rail packages for Tier 1 builders and water authorities across Victoria.
Steve Carey
Steve leads the commercial and operational side of delivery — contracts, procurement, cost control, crews and plant. He has spent his career on the hard parts of civil jobs: deep shafts, live sewer connections, structures and rail-adjacent works.
What director-led delivery means in practice

Both directors spend their week on projects, not in a head office. Issues get decided at the work front, the day they arise.
Directors sign the ITPs
Quality and safety sign-offs carry a director’s name. Accountability is never delegated below the people who own the company.
