Metro Project Services operates ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 aligned management systems, and works to the Tier 1 and asset-owner requirements of every project we deliver.
Every job starts with a risk assessment and a SWMS the crew has actually read. Daily pre-starts, documented take-5s, and stop-work authority for anyone on site — no exceptions, no pressure.
Work is set out, checked and signed off against ITPs before it is covered up. Survey, test results and as-builts are compiled as we build, not chased at the end of the job.
Sediment, dewatering, noise and spoil are managed to the EPA and water authority requirements that apply to the site — including works over and near waterways and live sewer assets.
Project management plan, ITPs, SWMS and environmental controls are issued and accepted before a crew arrives on site.
Supervisors verify controls each shift. Engineers verify setout, levels and materials against the ITP at each hold point.
Test results, survey, dockets and photos are captured against the work lot on the day — not reconstructed later.
Non-conformances are recorded, corrected and reviewed. Lessons go back into the next project plan.
Current copies are available on request — usually the same day.
