How we manage risk on every job
Safety
Site-specific risk assessments, SWMS, daily pre-starts and documented take-5s support safe work. Every person on site has the authority to stop unsafe work.
Quality
Work is verified against inspection and test plans. Survey records, test results and as-built information are compiled progressively to support a complete handover.
Environment
Sediment, dewatering, noise and spoil are managed to the EPA and water authority requirements that apply to the site — including works over and near waterways and live sewer assets.
A consistent approach to project controls
Plan before mobilisation
Project management plan, ITPs, SWMS and environmental controls are issued and accepted before a crew arrives on site.
Verify in the field
Supervisors verify controls each shift. Engineers verify setout, levels and materials against the ITP at each hold point.
Record as we build
Test results, survey, dockets and photos are captured against the work lot on the day — not reconstructed later.
Close out and learn
Non-conformances are recorded, corrected and reviewed. Lessons go back into the next project plan.
